Foxtrot Aviation Services is seeking a General Manager I for its Wichita location at ICT. This role oversees all operational aspects, manages a team up to 15, and reports to the Regional Manager I/II.

The GM I ensures safety, quality, client satisfaction, onsite sales growth, and financial performance across operations. You will collaborate with department leads on staffing, scheduling, equipment, client relations, training, and adherence to company standards.

Qualificações

• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with focus on safety, scheduling, staffing and quality control.
• Proficiency in documentation, payroll management, and inventory tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational aspects of the location including service verticals.
• Maintain staffing levels, approve schedules, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coach supervisors and team leads; manage performance and coaching.
