Foxtrot Aviation Services at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT, seeks a General Manager I to oversee all operational aspects of a location with up to 15 team members across a Private Aircraft Detailing/Commercial Cleaning/MRO detailing service vertical.

The GM I ensures safety, quality, client satisfaction, onsite sales growth, and financial performance. The role collaborates with department leads on staffing, scheduling, equipment, and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with focus on safety, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, payroll management, and inventory tracking.
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety and compliance at the location and ensure adherence to client requirements.
• Manage daily operations across all service verticals and maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor supervisors and provide coaching; approve personnel actions per ownership guidelines.
• Evaluate equipment and supplies; manage procurement within budget.
• Serve as primary client liaison to address concerns and ensure quality and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate training to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage P&L, revenue growth, and cost control; identify new business opportunities.
• Promote onsite sales and upsell Foxtrot services to existing clients.
