Rite-Hite Company is seeking a Director of Aviation to lead all aviation operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and strategic alignment with corporate goals. The role includes budget responsibility, staff leadership, and direct participation in flight operations as a flying director when required.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in aviation, 5+ in leadership, a strong FAA background, and exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills to partner with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or related field.
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required.
• Minimum 15 years of aviation experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of aviation operations and act as flying director as needed.
• Lead department of 8–12 staff including pilots and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and manage annual budget and multi-year strategic plan for aviation.
• Coordinate with FAA and other regulators to ensure compliance and safety.
• Drive modernization through technology and process improvements.
• Represent the company in negotiations with vendors and regulatory agencies.
