Job summary

Menzies Aviation LATAM in Denver is seeking an Operations Agent to coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure the safe loading and unloading of aircraft. The Operations Agent will serve as the primary operational contact for internal and external partners.

You will prevent delays, coordinate on-time, safe operations, prepare flight paperwork and fuel records, assist in irregular operations, and perform routine ramp tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment testing including drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal, and employment history.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED, and/or six months experience as an Operations Agent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure safe loading and unloading of aircraft.
• Prevent delays and mitigate cancellation impacts by resolving issues or escalating to station leadership.
• Coordinate on-time, safe operations through effective communication with internal and external departments and agencies.
• Prepare, audit, and maintain flight-related paperwork, fuel records, and update flight information in applicable programs.
• Assist in planning/coordinating irregular operations and cargo monitoring; ramp duties as needed.
