Job summary

Victor Sierra Aviation is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader to drive Kaizen events and continuous improvement across two operating companies over a 24-month period. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements within aerospace manufacturing settings.

It requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus willingness to relocate and travel 25–50%. You will partner with engineering, quality, supply chain and maintenance teams to standardize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Aptitude for learning manufacturing and performance reporting tools.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate OPEX initiatives including kaizen events to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements with measurable results.
• Coach teams and build OPEX capabilities across sites and functions.
• Report progress with dashboards and leadership updates.
