Job summary

Seal Dynamics - A HEICO Company in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced NPI Manager to drive new product introductions and supplier engagement. You will analyze airline data, research technical documents, and support development from concept through leadership reviews to ensure manufacturability and cost targets.

Key responsibilities include coordinating NDA execution, QA-aligned supplier selection, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in NPD, strategic sourcing, procurement, or aerospace supply chain.
• Knowledge of aviation aftermarket and supply chain.
• Technical aptitude to identify aircraft components and match capabilities.
• Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to airlines and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze airline usage data to identify new product opportunities.
• Research data from technical publications, usage files and sales/engineering teams.
• Support visits to airline engineering, purchasing and maintenance departments.
• Justify business cases to launches and senior leadership.
• Locate, negotiate, and procure sample parts for new development efforts.
• Manage supplier requests and cross-functional collaboration globally.
• Attend meetings with airlines and MROs as needed.
• Maintain NDAs and supplier documentation within ERP systems.
• Support RFQs/RFPs for parts and assemblies; analyze costs and capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality for supplier performance.
