Job summary

Analog Modules, Inc. in Temecula, CA seeks a New Product Development Engineer to support engineering operations in an FAA Part 145 repair environment, developing repair data, tooling, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure airworthiness and compliance, review engineering drawings, support reverse engineering, and maintain documentation controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years of aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO experience preferred.
• Experience with FAA Part 145 repair station highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate New Product Development activities.
• Review opportunities for New Product Development and update engineering drawings and documentation.
• Support reverse engineering for alternate parts and repair processes.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and repair process documentation.
• Assist in tooling, fixture, and test equipment design and documentation.
• Ensure engineering data complies with FAA Part 145 regulations and RSM.
