Job summary

You will own cases end-to-end in a 24x7 environment, applying deep knowledge of GCC/NOC platforms, Salesforce ATRF, and DoD security requirements, with travel up to 25% and active clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IP networking, satellite communications, or cloud services.
• 3 years in Technical Support or NOC roles.
• Base understanding of Linux/Unix and RF Satellite or Wireless systems.
• Willing to work a 24x7 rotating schedule.
• US citizenship required with DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues with real-time communications for onboard aircraft.
• Provide Network, Hub and Aircraft terminal issue resolution.
• Own cases from initiation to resolution.
• Apply master knowledge of GCC/NOC platforms.
• Configure terminals per Salesforce ATRF.
• Review processes for technical accuracy.
• Document procedures with cross-team groups.
• Attend GCC/NOC technician training.
• Troubleshoot terminals and Viasat products.
• Escalate and document outages and solutions in the ticket system.
