Job summary

AAR in Miami, FL is seeking an Inspector, NDT- Level 2 to perform NDT Level II inspections in accordance with customer work instructions and AAR procedures and policies.

The role involves setting up and conducting NDT on aircraft and components, interpreting indications, and documenting results while maintaining compliance with applicable standards. FAA A&P license is preferred, with 3-4 years of aircraft NDT experience often required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level II certification for NDT disciplines.
• 3-4 years aircraft NDT experience.
• Ability to read and interpret ADs, SBs, SRMs, and NDT specifications.

Responsibilities

• Record inspection functions on paperwork per customer policies and procedures.
• Set up and conduct NDT on aircraft and components.
• Interpret indications and evaluate acceptance or rejection.
• Organize and report test results and reference applicable standards.
