Job summary

MSCCN in New York seeks a Maintenance Operations Center Controller to coordinate troubleshooting, MELs, and AOG events, ensuring safe, timely aircraft return to service. You will work with flight crews, maintenance vendors, and internal teams to keep documentation, parts, and tooling in place.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of aviation maintenance, an FAA A&P certificate, experience with Bombardier aircraft preferred, and strong troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of aviation maintenance experience.
  • FAA-issued Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
  • Working knowledge of FAA regulations for turbine-powered aircraft.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate troubleshooting, MELs, and AOG events to support safe and timely aircraft return to service.
  • Collaborate with flight crews, maintenance vendors, and internal teams; ensure proper documentation, parts, and tooling.
  • Plan unscheduled events, create work orders, and update leadership.
  • Oversee AOG, unscheduled, and scheduled events; ensure necessary GSE tooling is available.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operator procedures and Bombardier aircraft operations.
  • Process parts requisitions for unscheduled and AOG events; review RTS packages with Quality Team.
  • Participate in operator meetings and fleet reliability reviews to address recurring issues.
