Job summary

Bell Training Academy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Mechanical Technical Instructor to deliver courseware, maintain shop areas, and develop customized training for US and international customers. The role requires hands-on Bell product experience, FAA certification, and strong presentation and communication skills.

The instructor will work closely with customers and the Training Support Development team, and will travel to present courses domestically and abroad.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required.
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining/troubleshooting Bell products.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; customer-focused.
• Proficiency with MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classroom for each class and deliver the presentation of the course materials to the customers.
• Maintain the Bell Training Academy shop areas in a clean and orderly appearance.
• Develop and deliver specialized courses for customers, including US-based and international clients.
• Work with the Training Support Development team to update or build courseware as needed.
• Travel required to present aircraft courses in the US and internationally (about 15%).
