Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Mechanical Technical Instructor for the Bell Training Academy to train technicians on aviation systems and Bell products.

You will deliver courses, maintain shop environments, and develop specialized courses for US and international customers. You will travel about 15% to present aircraft courses, collaborating with the Training Support Development team to update courseware as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting Bell products.
• Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
• Self-starter with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communicator with customers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classroom and deliver course materials to customers.
• Maintain Bell Training Academy shop areas in a clean, orderly state.
• Develop and deliver specialized courses for US and international customers.
• Collaborate with Training Support Development to update or build courseware.
• Travel to present aircraft courses in the US and internationally (15%).
