Job summary

Breeze Airways seeks a Materials Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving in support of aircraft maintenance. You will ensure material availability, coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control for AOG recovery, and perform regular stock audits.

The role requires strict adherence to GMM, IATA hazmat standards, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Starting compensation includes a $18.50/hour base with night differential and a $5,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• SIDA badge per TSA requirements
• Able to operate company vehicles and GSE
• Complete GMM training courses
• Complete DG IATA handling training and recurrent training
• Complete DG ground shipping training and recurrent training
• Pass 10-year CHRC background check
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily material stores and line material operations
• Address inventory accuracy issues, parts issuing, shipping, receiving, stocking, material handling
• Manage warehouse operations for technical and non-technical inventory
• Enter data into inventory system for locating, issuing, receiving, shipping
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control for AOG material movement
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate adjustments with Maintenance and Purchasing
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies under GMM
• Support calibration tooling, shelf-life audits, and regulatory replacements
• Assist with Hazmat shipments per IATA; coordinate fleet modification kits
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance Planning as needed
