Job summary

Breeze Airways is seeking a Materials Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials to support aircraft maintenance. You will work with the Maintenance Department and ensure material needs are met across the organization.

The role starts at $18.50 per hour with a $2.00 night shift differential (9:00 PM–7:30 AM). A $5,000 cash bonus after a 12‑month commitment plus $2,000 after six months and $3,000 after 12 months are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Material Stores and Line Material operations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Control for inventory movement and AOG recovery.
• Perform data entry for issuing, receiving, shipping, and warehousing materials.
• Coordinate stock level adjustments with Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Perform inventory audits and calibrate tooling in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare fleet modification kits with Engineering and Maintenance Planning.
• Ensure compliance with GMM and IATA hazmat regulations.
