Job summary

Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. is seeking a Materials Specialist in Orlando, FL to manage warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation of aircraft materials.

You will work with the Maintenance Department to ensure a steady supply of materials for aircraft maintenance and timely fulfillment across the organization. Responsibilities include daily oversight of material stores, overseeing inventory accuracy, and coordinating stock movements with Maintenance, Purchasing, and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and driving record meeting Breeze standards.
• Able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge per TSA requirements.
• Able to drive company vehicles and GSE equipment.
• Pass GMM and DG IATA/ground shipping trainings.
• Pass background and CHRC checks.
• Must be fluent in English and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Material Stores and Line Material operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, control issuing, shipping, receiving, and stocking.
• Coordinate with Maintenance operations and other departments for material movement and stock adjustments.
• Perform data entry for locating, issuing, receiving, shipping, and warehousing supplies and tools.
• Prepare Hazmat shipments per IATA regulations.
• Support fleet modification kits planning with Engineering and Maintenance.
