Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a Supervisor Materials for Non-Conformance in Savannah to lead the Materials team across multiple business lines, including Production, Completion, Maintenance, and Spare Parts. You will drive warehousing, planning, and materials expediting while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in materials management, with aviation or manufacturing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in materials management, warehousing, or related roles.
• Aviation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of materials flow and warehousing activities.
• Coordinate timely availability and delivery of materials, tools, and components.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA, import/export, quality, hazmat, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and system transactions related to inventory and warehousing.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operations and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and distribution for maintenance and production.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development for team members.
• Ensure clear communication between leadership and the team.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs, metrics and trends related to operations and inventory.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for materials and warehousing activities.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
