Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse, stockroom, or storage yard operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate hand tools and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and utilize Receiving and Shipping Documentation and related technical documents.
• Accumulate, verify, and process parts for configuration accuracy; update schedules as needed.
• Receive, log, and deliver WIP and OSS materials to depots.
• Receive and stock 2-bin inventory materials.
• Coordinate return of credit parts and material reallocations.
• Log correspondence and stage items for pickup or deliveries across buildings.
• Support material-related activities and troubleshoot using Oracle system functionalities.
• Resolve material discrepancies and system malfunctions with cross-functional teams.
• Identify supply chain shortages and formulate production schedules.
