Job summary

Rolls‑Royce in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Material Handler to join the logistics team in our repair station shop and hangar. You will support the tool department for On‑Wing Services North America, travel up to 5% domestically, and ensure proper documentation for parts and tooling.

The role involves shipping/receiving aircraft parts, forklift operations, and collaboration with mechanics. FAA/DOT background check and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of manufacturing warehouse/logistics experience OR
• Associate's degree with 2+ years of manufacturing warehouse/logistics experience

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving aircraft engine parts and tooling management with proper documentation and export controls
• Inspect aircraft parts for damage and verify FAA 8130-3 and EASA Form 1 accuracy
• Operate forklifts for loading/unloading tooling and engines
• Assist mechanics with tooling and tool accountability
• Availability for on-call service, including weekends and holidays
