The ideal candidate is a seasoned aviation professional with deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and a proven revenue-growth track record in the AEC sector. Location options include Oklahoma City or any Halff location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive aviation experience in the AEC industry, with leadership in business development and market growth.
• Licensure or certification (PE, RA, AICP, or similar) and involvement in industry organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation market growth strategy to expand revenue and client relationships.
• Develop executive-level relationships with airports, aviation agencies, and industry partners.
• Identify and pursue strategic aviation opportunities across commercial, general aviation, and military markets.
• Direct major pursuits, capture planning, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Halff at industry events to strengthen market visibility and positioning.
• Mentor aviation professionals and foster collaboration across disciplines.
