Qualifications

• 15+ years of aviation experience within the AEC industry with leadership in business development and market growth.
• Strong executive relationships and proven ability to drive revenue and strategic pursuits.
• Professional licensure or certification (PE, RA, AICP, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation market growth strategy to expand revenue and relationships.
• Develop executive-level relationships with airports, aviation agencies and partners.
• Direct major pursuits, capture planning, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor aviation professionals and align cross-disciplinary teams for delivery.
