This role shapes strategy, market expansion, key hires, client development, and investment priorities leveraging Halff's nationwide multidisciplinary strengths. The ideal candidate has deep aviation expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record of growing revenue in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive aviation experience within the AEC industry with leadership in business development and market growth.
• Strong leadership, executive relationship management, and communication skills.
• Licensure or certification (PE, RA, AICP or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Halff's aviation market growth strategy to expand revenue, market presence, and client relationships.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with airports, aviation agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify, pursue, and secure strategic aviation opportunities across commercial, general aviation, and military markets.
• Direct major pursuits, capture planning, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Halff at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market visibility and positioning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for key aviation clients and programs.
• Partner with operations and technical leaders to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
