This role shapes strategy, key hires, client development, and investment priorities while leveraging Halff’s resources as a national employee-owned firm. The ideal candidate brings deep aviation industry knowledge, a broad network, and a proven track record of growing revenue within the AEC sector.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive aviation experience in the AEC industry.
• Proven ability to lead business development and strategic pursuits.
• Strong network within the aviation industry and executive relationship skills.
• Licensure or certification such as PE, RA, or AICP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation market growth strategy to expand revenue and client relationships.
• Develop executive-level relationships with airports, aviation agencies, and partners.
• Identify and pursue strategic aviation opportunities across commercial, general, and military sectors.
• Direct pursuits, capture planning, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Halff at industry events to raise market visibility.
• Mentor aviation professionals and guide cross-disciplinary teams.
