Located in Salt Lake City, UT, the company is staffed by highly trained and qualified technicians capable of repairing and maintaining a wide array of turbine-powered fixed-wing aircraft and is available to support the needs of each client 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Summary of position:

Aviation Maintenance Technicians will be expected to perform inspections, maintenance, and repair of customer aircraft and articles in an airworthy manner, complying with manufacturer’s instructions, Federal Aviation Regulations (Parts 43, 65, 145, etc.), customer requirements, and company policies.

  • Document all work performed daily and ensure smooth transition between shifts.
  • Account for all tools and equipment daily and prior to aircraft release.
  • Use only approved parts, materials, and tools, and document all usage.
  • Properly account for labor and materials, ensuring economical allocation.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and control foreign object debris (FOD).
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement programs to maintain proficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company business and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Minimum two (2) years of documented experience in aircraft inspection, maintenance, and repair for the aircraft models on the Repair Station’s certificate.
  • Knowledge of FARs and manual use.
  • Ability to see projects through to completion and provide updates to supervisors.
Education & Experience:
  • Valid and current FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
  • High School diploma required; fluency in English.
Schedule & Travel:
  • Work schedule driven by customer needs; typically five 8-hour days on either first or second shift. Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
  • Travel required for domestic and international onsite support trips.
  • FLSA status: Full-time non-exempt.
  • Lifting requirements: Up to 50 lbs.
