Job summary

Apollo MedFlight in the San Antonio area is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician. This permanent, on-site role requires an A&P certificate and rotor-wing experience with a strong safety focus.

You will perform maintenance, approve returns to service, document repairs, and support CRM practices while lifting up to 80 pounds and potentially joining 24/7 on-call rotations. EMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A&P Certificate (FAA) required.
• Rotor wing maintenance experience with 2+ years.
• EMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rotor-wing aircraft assigned.
• Approve aircraft for return to service after maintenance.
• Report inoperative equipment to Director of Maintenance.
• Complete maintenance paperwork accurately.
• Maintain hangar and workshops in order.
• Assist with safety and CRM practices.
• Maintain a tool kit and participate in on-call rotations.
• Be able to lift at least 80 pounds.
