Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to oversee maintenance and safety of our rotor-wing fleet in Fayette, AL. The role supports airframe maintenance to ensure timely, high-quality patient transport services.

We offer a competitive starting salary, a $2,080 IA stipend, and a $12,500 sign-on bonus. You will work with a dedicated team and be expected to participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Two years turbine-powered helicopter experience required.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs and provide status updates to Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks; update equipment tracking logs; place replacement requests; document expenditures.
• Document service paperwork and FAA information; adhere to policies and security standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Coordinate communications between departments, vendors and team members; work with allied health and public safety personnel.
