Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their client's team in Bloomfield, CT. The role focuses on overseeing day-to-day site operations, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

The Site Manager will market and sell maintenance and repair services to North American airlines, MROs, and OEMs, visiting customers regularly to build relationships.

Qualifications

• BA degree in business or engineering is required.
• Proven site management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
