Davcor Aviation Services is seeking an Aviation Site Manager to oversee day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations at an assigned location in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive FAA environment. You will drive operational execution, ensure customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates across all levels, and thrives in high-tempo operations. Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong decision-making skills under demanding conditions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, hiring, training, and inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and team members across departments.
• Conduct daily meetings with the Director of Operations.
• Administer company policies and procedures consistently.
• Provide employees with tools and training to meet performance goals.
• Involve team members in identifying and implementing operational improvements.
