Job summary

AGSE is seeking a Site Manager to lead an engineering team in Connecticut, overseeing workshop and field engineers and delivering maintenance and repair for ground support equipment. The role includes facilities upkeep at the CT site and support across multi-site operations.

You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure safety, drive quality, and optimize workflows to meet SLA/KPI targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 4 years in a similar role within aerospace/ground support equipment.
• Demonstrable experience in ground support equipment or aircraft tooling maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and lead engineers (field and workshop).
• Oversee quality across the team and ensure contract SLA/KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate task allocation, scheduling, and resource planning for maintenance and repairs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across multi-site locations when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis within processes.
• Manage stock and forecast spare parts for planned and unplanned work.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T for fault finding and parts sourcing.
• Represent site with key account management and ensure customer satisfaction.
