Sun Country Airlines in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Shift Manager to assist the Manager Aircraft Maintenance in overseeing maintenance production for in-house and vendor work. The role requires two+ years of Technical Operations experience, an A&P License, and leadership skills to guide MSP technicians.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Technical Operations experience is required.
• A&P License is required and leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with TRAX and AIMS systems is expected.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSP maintenance activities and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Monitor daily operations and implement corrective actions for issues.
• Assist in staffing, training, and qualification scheduling for line maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting for line maintenance, staffing, facility, and equipment.
• Monitor cost performance and ensure maintenance aligns with budget and schedules.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planning for nightly MSP workloads.
