Job summary

Solairus Aviation, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Quality Assurance Analyst in Idaho to uphold QA policies and procedures. You will lead audits of maintenance, inspection, and repair, ensuring compliance with FARs, Part 135, and company manuals. The role supports CASS metrics and corrective actions.

The position requires Part 135 experience, an A&P license, and solid computer skills. Candidates must be reliable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related Part 135 experience is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A&P License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains company base aircraft in accordance with the Company Manual, FARs and Part 135 regulations.
• Conducts internal and vendor audits to ensure proper qualifications for maintenance, inspection, and repair.
• Assists in CASS Program; provides data to measure maintenance and inspection program effectiveness.
• Monitors compliance with FARs, company policies and procedures.
• Monitors Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Audits return-to-service paperwork and maintenance tracking updates.
• Audits aircraft maintenance, inspection and repair for proper scope, personnel, tooling and equipment.
• Monitors procurement policies to assure certification of all parts and materials.
• Institutes changes to maintenance and inspection procedures as required.
