Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using standard English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled surveillance of the repair station, its facility and vendors for compliance with policies and FAA regulations.
• Evaluate internal operations for adequacy of facilities, equipment and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate investigation and reporting of non-conformances.
• Ensure personnel comply with applicable regulations and manuals.
• Demonstrate communication skills and customer service attitude without compromising quality.
• Oversee tool control, calibration, and training requirements.
• Ensure final inspections are performed before Return to Service.
• Perform internal and external facility audits as required.
