Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to forecast and schedule aircraft maintenance across locations. You will coordinate daily, overnight, and long-range upkeep, ensuring timely execution of checks and deferred tasks. Strong Excel skills and MOCPM familiarity are preferred.

Candidates should be able to work in a team, handle deadlines, and communicate effectively with management. This on-site role offers growth within Envoy Maintenance and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel with V-Lookup and pivot tables.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Experience working under deadline pressures preferred.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Envoy maintenance policies and budgeting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
• Familiarity with MOCPM procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops immediate and overnight forecasted scheduling of aircraft maintenance requirements.
• Coordinates daily, overnight and long-range maintenance on all aircraft.
• Develops, coordinates, and schedules Bill of Work for overnight maintenance and deferred tasks.
