Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair and maintain BHS and PBB systems. The role requires autonomous work or in a crew, with expertise in mechanical devices and 3-phase to 120V voltages under supervision.

Hourly rate ranges from $28.00 to $36.00, reflecting experience in an industrial aviation maintenance environment. Applicants should be prepared for a 24/7 schedule and to operate at busy airport facilities.

Qualifications

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent required.
Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
Flexible schedule for 24/7 operation, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Background check and drug screen required.
Experience as maintenance mechanic; welding experience required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair baggage handling systems and jet bridges per specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, electrical circuits, and control systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Interpret schematics and engineering drawings for layout and operation.
Communicate work status to team and management, update records.
Perform preventive maintenance and prepare follow-up work orders.
