Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor in Shalimar, Florida. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance tasks ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, train staff, and manage workflow efficiently.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of aviation experience, along with FAA A&P certification. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring efficient maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aviation experience; 9 years in absence of a degree.
• Ability to meet DoD and Combatant Command requirements for deployed locations.
• Must have an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct inspections of maintenance tasks.
• Train and develop maintenance staff for optimum performance.

Aviation experience

FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
