Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks maintenance professionals to support advanced drone operations and autonomous aviation programs. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure aircraft readiness and availability.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance activities, managing spare parts, and assisting with root-cause investigations while contributing to process improvements. FAA or manufacturer-specific qualifications are a plus, and experience with UAS platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics, UAV systems or related fields.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and procedures.
• Experience with commercial UAS platforms is preferred.
• FAA or manufacturer-specific maintenance qualifications are a plus.
