Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance and airworthiness for multiple business aircraft accounts. This hybrid, office-based role coordinates inspections, repairs, and records, serving as the central point between clients, pilots, and maintenance providers.

You will manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with FAA regs and industry standards, while maintaining excellent client communication and service.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• Minimum five years of aviation maintenance experience; eight preferred, including corporate aviation.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, industry standards, OSHA, and IS-BAO requirements.
• Experience with maintenance planning, inspections, repairs, modifications, records, and tracking.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance activities for assigned aircraft per company procedures and industry best practices.
• Plan both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize disruption to client flight schedules.
• Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and maintenance records; coordinate inspections and repairs.
• Maintain accurate aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking records; monitor budgets and invoices.
