Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, business or communications.
• 8+ years’ experience in public relations/media relations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
• Strong AP Style, grammar and editorial standards.
• Demonstrated success in securing placements in top-tier outlets.
• Must possess legal ability to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts including luxury lifestyle and aviation press.
• Secure high-profile media placements in top-tier New York-based and national publications.
• Arrange and manage media interviews, press conferences and exclusive events.
• Guide senior leadership through broadcasts and advise on media appearances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to shape storylines.
• Track and report on media coverage and campaign effectiveness.
