• Serve as primary point of contact for parts support, order validation and issue resolution.
• Perform data input and retrieval in aviation logistics systems.
• Maintain logistics records and inventory data in supply systems.
• Coordinate with asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadership.
• Support warehouse operations and documentation activities.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Analyze delivery schedules to support mission readiness.
