Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a team and communicating clearly with government customers.
• Willing and able to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Willing and able to relocate to meet customer needs.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, direct, and monitor AH64 D/E Helicopter customer support programs from concept through disposal.
• Represent the company with military customers to plan, budget, and schedule support programs.
• Develop proposals for schedule, equipment, transportation, and storage.
• Investigate schedule discrepancies and develop resolution plans.
• Market support products and services using knowledge of customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Interface with military customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure delivery of services.
