Job summary

Air Methods Logistics Center role supports field aircraft operations through picking, shipping, receiving, storing, and testing inventory and tools in Ramco. You will help ensure timely parts delivery to field bases and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include processing Ramco documents, coordinating with carriers for high-priority shipments, cycle counts, data entry, and compliance with FAA/SOX/DOD. Forklift operation and occasional on-call for AOG may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience or training; Associates preferred.
• Minimum two years aviation and/or parts/logistics operations experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pass certification after OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Picking, shipping and receiving of parts, supplies, and special tools for field bases.
• Process Ramco-generated material movement documents for parts and supplies.
• Coordinate high-priority shipments with carriers to meet due dates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and labeling checks.
• Enter data into Ramco Aviation Software Systems and perform bay maintenance.
• Perform AOG-related deliveries and drive at night as needed.
