Job summary

TES in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Logbook Research Analyst to maintain, organize, and verify logbook records in compliance with FAA standards. You will audit turbine engine inspections, track maintenance, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with the quality team.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently on repetitive tasks, and proficiency in Word and Excel. The position is on-site with competitive benefits and growth opportunities in the aviation industry.

Qualifications

• FAA airframes & power plant license (preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to evaluate problems and form solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and various other computer programs
• Must be able to work independently while performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to express or exchange ideas with peers, team leaders and management

Responsibilities

• Audit compliance of repeat turbine engine inspections and component changes
• Verify engine logbooks and related records for repair/overhaul or servicing
• Review and prepare engine records and compile information for applicable engine
• Verify Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletin compliance
• Verify engine component hours and cycles accuracy
• Verify Engine modification status
• Create, enter and update data into database tracking systems
• Assist in internal auditing procedures
• Relay project status/research and report discrepancies to the team leader/manager
• Other duties as required by Quality Manager
