Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Centralized Load Planning (CLP) Agent in Erlanger, KY. You will ensure aircraft load accuracy, weight and balance calculations, and proper container weights for air cargo.

The role requires coordinating with gateways, NCC operations, and airline partners to maintain safety and compliance. You will review payloads, fuel, and ULD types, supporting operations with precise load plans and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• FAA/DHS background checks required to access secure areas.
• Ability to pass required qualification courses and ongoing currency training.
• Ability to work a rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver load planning guidance for complex, multi-flight operations to gateways and stakeholders.
• Apply advanced load planning knowledge to navigate complex and ambiguous scenarios.
• Communicate guidance to Gateway Operations Leaders to ensure load accuracy per the plan.
• Provide mentorship to gateway operations as needed.
• Ensure weight and balance calculations are produced for flight crews.
• Utilize Amazon Air systems to oversee load planning operations and improve processes.
