Qualifications

• Experience in load control activities.
• Understanding of weight and balance concepts.
• Certification in load control or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in the workplace and regulatory compliance.
• Plan loading distributions for passengers, cargo and fuel.
• Complete required load control activities accurately.
• Monitor the Departure Control System performance.
• Coordinate with Ramp, Maintenance, ATC and other teams for delays.
• Maintain load control certification and pursue recertification as required.
• Produce loading, weight and balance documentation per airline specs.
