Qualifications

• Airport operations background required.
• Must have ramp and bagroom experience.
• Ability to work radios and ARINC communications.
• Able to work flexible hours and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety in the workplace.
• Accurately complete all Load Control activities.
• Plan distribution of load according to passengers, cargo and fuel requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the Departure Control System.
• Coordinate with ramp, bagroom, maintenance and ATC to ensure smooth handling in delays.
• Ensure compliance with customer airline weight and balance requirements.
• Display due care and diligence in all activities.
• Plan and produce all loading, weight and balance documentation.
• Maintain load control certification and recertification processes.
