Job summary

dnata is seeking a Central Load Controller (CLC) responsible for managing and directing all activities related to the safe loading of aircraft.

You will lead the operations group, follow airline guidelines, ensure weight and balance data is accurate, and comply with dnata, TSA, and FAA policies.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, flexibility for variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work in inclement weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess/maintain a valid State driver’s license and FAA/Airport identifications.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needs.
• Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operations.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate loading activities for aircraft.
• Follow airline-specific guidelines.
• Ensure accurate weight and balance data.
• Distribute and complete load control tasks.
• Make sound decisions and prioritize workload.
• Operate main deck controls for loading/unloading cargo.
• Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and FAA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Meet attendance standards.
