Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification, 2+ years in a law firm with litigation, and strong MS Office/Outlook skills with rapid typing. This is an on-site, full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

• Electronic filing of court documents.
• Enter daily attorney timekeeping.
• Scan and maintain physical and electronic client documents.
• Perform legal research.
• Maintain attorney calendars.
• Prepare new client/matter conflict checks and expense reports.
• Assist with billing and submit and appeal e-billing.
• Answer phones and provide front desk coverage.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
