Million Air in Arizona is seeking a Line Service Manager to lead an exceptional team and ensure efficient service for internal and external customers. You will work with the General Manager, overseeing payroll, payroll approvals, hiring, and safety compliance while maintaining top-tier service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-focused communication, and the ability to operate within a fast-paced, outdoor work environment with aviation operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years line service experience including fuel management and supervisory duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage line service department, prioritizing work and evaluating supervisors.
• Review line service payroll, manage overtime, and submit for processing.
• Oversee hiring to build a safety- and customer-focused team.
• Coordinate facility startup, security, and equipment status.
• Monitor fuel inventory and order fuel as needed.
• Communicate daily updates with supervisors and staff.
• Oversee aircraft storage, hangar operations, and arrivals/departures.
• Enforce safety procedures and incident prevention measures.
• Support trainers and line service team; ensure DOT compliance.
