• Proven leadership: 2+ years supervising in food production.
• Hands-on management: on-floor engagement and issue resolution.
• Operations expertise: scheduling, inventory, labor planning.
• Industry knowledge: airline catering or large-scale food ops.
• Regulatory awareness: HACCP, OSHA, FDA and allergen control.
• Union experience: experience supervising in a unionized environment is a plus.
