Job summary

Avelo Airlines, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to enable safe, reliable operations by managing endpoint, workstation, and OT systems. You will provide Tier 1-2 support, maintain asset traceability, and partner with airport/station teams to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities include provisioning, policy enforcement, ticketing, escalation, and lifecycle management across devices, with occasional travel for deployments. Join a growing aviation tech team supporting 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows endpoint installation and baseline configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting common endpoint, application, and peripheral issues.
• Familiarity with asset management and equipment logistics.
• Ability to document work clearly within a service management platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to support early/late shifts and travel for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for endpoint, workstation, and OT systems.
• Maintain asset traceability and manage shipping, receipt, and refurbishment.
• Coordinate onboarding, provisioning, and policy enforcement for devices.
• Triage tickets via portal/email/phone and ensure proper ticketing and SLAs.
• Escalate incidents to higher-level teams and vendors with clear diagnostics.
• Support identity/access lifecycle, including account provisioning and terminations.
• Assist station systems and network connectivity, including troubleshooting coordination.
