Job summary

Avelo Airlines is seeking a Supervisor, Airport Operations to oversee daily airport activities and ensure operational excellence. The role includes on-site audits, training delivery, and coordination with service providers and airport partners.

The supervisor will mentor Station Managers, ensure SLA compliance, and communicate updates on schedules, standards, and safety. Travel to multiple airports and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Three (3) years’ experience in Airport Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations at assigned airport locations to drive Operational Excellence.
• Report on daily operational performance metrics.
• Conduct on-site audits and station visits.
• Liaise with Service Providers and Airport Partners.
• Ensure service providers meet SLA and scope of work.
• Mentor and guide Station Managers.
• Communicate updates to airports (schedules, procedures, safety).
• Provide training to Crewmembers and managers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records.
